FOLLOWING POLICIES ARE FOR ALL CABINS:

*A two nite minimum is required for weekend stays – the last weekend in April through New Years Weekend. 2 nite stay can be a Friday, Saturday or Saturday, Sunday stay. Some holiday weekends may require a 3 nite minimum.

*CABINS 1-6 -PARK ONLY IN A DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE-This will be on your confirmation text.

*You must be 21 or older to rent our cabins. All persons under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent.

*Cabins 1-6-Quiet Time Strictly Enforced 10pm-7am.

*ALL CABINS- No outside guests allowed. Paying guests only allowed on premises.

*All maximum occupancies are enforced. If you or your party causes disturbances which cause loss of monies, you are responsible for the full amount and your credit card will be charged.

*All of our cabins are non-smoking. There is a $200 charge for smoking in a cabin. Please feel free to smoke outside.

*Check in time is 3pm and Check out is 11am. Any early check-in’s or late check-outs must be in writing. Unauthorized late check outs will be charged an additional nights stay.

** We typically have a 21 day cancellation policy – if you cancel within the cancellation period prior to your stay you are responsible for the nites rented UNLESS we are able to rebook them.
Most Holiday and Festival weekends have a 30-60 day cancellation policy as well as hunting season!! please be sure to ask!

*TO AVOID ADDITIONAL CHARGES- Please be sure to follow all policies and complete the CHECK OUT LIST THAT IS PROVIDED IN EACH CABIN.

*Roscoe Hillside Cabins has the right to ask any person no vacate the premises immediately for any reason.

DOG FRIENDLY UNITS

Dog friendly units

We realize that today’s traveler very often comes with a furry friend of the family. For that reason (and because we’re simply dog-lovers ourselves,) we’ve designated some of our units as dog-friendly. Please review our dog policy and adhere to the rules outlined below should you choose to include your pet at Roscoe Hillside Cabins.

We have designated several units as dog friendly. Only dogs (no other pets) will be allowed in the designated cabins. Dogs will be allowed only in the designated cabins for a $30 per night per dog fee in addition to the room rate. There is a maximum of two dogs allowed in any one cabin.

Dogs will be allowed under the following conditions:
• Guests must disclose their dog at time of reservation, or check in.
• Dogs must remain on a leash at all times while on our property.
• Guests are required to pick up after their dog. Please bring doggie bags with you.
• Dogs may only stay in the designated dog-friendly units, which operate on a first come, first serve basis.
• Dogs must be under the owner’s control at all times and should never disturb other guests.
• Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture in any cabin.

Housekeeping will inspect the cabin upon checkout for any damages including, but not limited to, chewed or scratched furniture, ripped or soiled carpet, drapes or linens. Any cost to repair, replace, or clean due to this damage will be added to your bill for the room. Any guest bringing any other pet or undisclosed dog into a cabin will automatically be charged an additional $100 for the first night and regular fees for remaining nights.
